I called with a potential problem, and by the afternoon, a technician had contacted me, and then was out within two hours to address my issue. The responsiveness was impressive! Will look forward to my future services with Heritage services, plumbing and heating and air.

These guys bailed us out when we had a mix up with another company. We were left with 1 out of 3 working units in this OK heat. They came out the next day to get a quote together and had 3 new units (compressors and coils) replaced within a couple of days. The tech's were incredibly polite and efficient (even tip-toeing in and out because of a sleeping toddler!) I can't sing their praises enough. Wish we had used them from the beginning, but it all worked out as now we have an incredible relationship/company to use going forward.

My small business AC stopped working during a week it was fairly warm outside, and it is VERY inconvenient to have employees and clients in the space without AC. Contacted Thain at heritage services for help with our AC and a tech was sent the very next morning. Thorough communication is a huge plus! Pricing was very reasonable as well.

I had my air conditioning unit replaced with Heritage at the end of April. Many HVAC companies do not offer a solid warranty for the unit replacement, but Heritage offers 1 year for labor and 10 years for parts + coil. In June we noticed firstly that the house wasn't staying cool- then, the home was HOT. Heritage came by, assessed that some ductwork needed fully replaced, and provided all of the service under the warranty. Our home has been perfect ever since!

Of all the companies we have used in the past, Heritage has been the most responsive, professional, honest and quick to find and repair our plumbing issue! Will use them from here on out and refer all I know to them!
